Acquisite have a very large database of retained Developers, House Builders, Care Home Providers, Retail and Commercial developers, Investment Companies and Self Builders who are currently active in acquiring sites across the UK. We are constantly updating our database and proactive in ensuring we are able to introduce any Land proposal to the appropriate buyers in the area and gaining maximum value without over promoting the site.

As we are retained by our clients we do not charge a fee to the land owner for selling the land.
Many Developers and House Builders prefer not to acquire land from nationally advertised medias or websites, they prefer the off market approach, this also benefits the land owners as over advertising often causes thoughts of doubt from a perspective purchaser.
Our strategy is not to market or publicise in any public domain, but to discreetly offer the land to the selected clients within our database, this ensures the land not to be 'over killed' with advertising, however with our large database the land will reach a target market of serious buyers. If, however you would prefer to advertise the land then we are happy to discuss with you a tailored marketing strategy. Please note where we carry out an advertising/marketing campaign a fee will be applicable.

Many of our clients would be interested in taking a Joint Venture with landowners, this can often maximise the value to a landowner.
If you have land which has no current planning consent and are unfamiliar or bewildered by the often painstaking planning process then it could well be beneficial to let an experienced developer undergo the planning application with the intent to purchase once the consent has been granted. Usually by way of a legal option agreement, the land value will be set at the beginning, subject to how many units can be permitted and the land owner can see the process through without being directly involved.
